Warm up—Cool Down…….
As from Sunday 20th January 2008 a designated swim warm up and cool down area will be introduced using sectional ropes and markers.
ASA Registration Forms……
Those of you who are asked to complete an ASA Registration Form please complete in black ink and return ASAP in particular multi—club registration forms which require details from your other ASA club.
Members Code of Conduct…..
Please complete and return the members Code of Conduct document which will be handed out with your membership pack on 20th January 2008. This document will help to ensure we are all working to the same standards.
Well Worth Waiting For………
After two long years Sport England has awarded the Club over £140,000 to modernize our diving facilities at Hornchurch.
The award will enable us to install specialist dry and wet diving equipment giving us all world class diving development opportunities.
The first site meeting is on 17th April 2008 as work must begin before the end of May so watch this space.
Diving for Gold - Good Luck in Australia……..
This month see’s Beth Ackroyd and Gemma Pearson travel to Australia to compete in the FINA World Masters Diving Championships.
Beth, who is the 2007 European Masters Champion, is looking to mirror her three European gold medals whilst Gemma is determined to improve her European third place bronze medal.
